At Blunt & Bold, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your apparel for any reason, our return policy is here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@bluntandbold.store with your order number and reason for return.
- After receiving approval, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
- We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please initiate a return by following Policy #2 for a refund and to place a new order.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the recipient unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items, final sales, and gift cards are non-returnable.
